Bradley Van Heythuysen Memorial Trust for Youth
A community based group that provides activities for the youth of Bungendore and their families. Meets 1st Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm at the Royal Hotel, Gibraltar Street, Bungendore.

Bungendore Community Aid Inc.
Meetings are held 1st Monday of the month at the Bungendore Community Centre, Majara Street, Bungendore. Donations to Bungendore Community Aid are always welcome. • Maintains the oxygen cylinders. • Loans medical equipment. • Has an emergency fund for those in need. • Organises a support group for invalids and elderly people. • Acts as a pressure group for health and welfare. • Compiles the Bungendore Community Services Directory in conjunction with the Bungendore Business Directory. • Compiles the Bungendore Community News section of the Bulletin. • The Elma Broadbent collection of books is housed in the Bungendore Library.

Bywong Community Association Inc.
Bywong Community Association is a residents group aimed at strengthening connections between local people in Bywong and acts as a forum for raising and resolving local issues. Bywong is a locality within the Palerang Shire and lies between Lake George and the Federal Highway, about 30 km north-east of Canberra. Les Reardon Reserve Community Hall
The Les Reardon Hall (located on Les Reardon Reserve in Bywong) is currently used by Bywong Community, Brownies, Geary’s Gap Pony Club, the local Landcare Group and residents of Bywong. The Hall is available for hire and many of the Bywong Community activities are held there such as the annual Trivia Night, Wine Tasting, the Car Boot Sale, bi-monthly meetings and special Council meetings. Residents may also book it for birthday parties, weddings and other special occasions. The Hall has cooking facilities and there is ample parking at the rear of the building. Rotary Club of Bungendore
Rotary Club of Bungendore is an organisation of people united to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace. Rotary meets every Tuesday night at 7pm for fellowship and a meal in the Community Centre in Majara Road, opposite the swimming pool in Bungendore. Wildcare is a voluntary group dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of orphaned, sick or injured native animals. Wildcare covers the region surrounding the ACT, providing advice and direct help to the public. Wildcare also gives educational talks to schools and community groups.
