National telephone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25 years. It is free, anonymous and confidential. The telephone service is available 24 hours 7 days per week and web counselling is available from 3.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and from 10.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday (Queensland time).
