Kids Help Line
National telephone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25 years. It is free, anonymous and confidential. The telephone service is available 24 hours 7 days per week and web counselling is available from 3.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and from 10.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday (Queensland time).

Alcohol and Drug Service (Greater Southern Area Health Service)
Free and confidential – services include assessment, counselling, referral, information and education. Individuals, families, community groups and school communities can use this service, covering Queanbeyan and surrounding area. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
