Home Care Services of NSW
(Department of Aging, Disability and Home Care) Provides assistance to people with a disability, frail aged and their carers. Includes personal care, respite care and general housework.
Meals on Wheels Service
Meals delivered once a week to elderly or incapacitated people.
Carer Support
Queanbeyan City Council Home and Community Care (H.A.C.C.) Service. Provides various forms of support to carers of people who are frail aged or have a dementing illness particularly from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Community Transport Service
Queanbeyan City Council Home and Community Care (H.A.C.C.) Service. A Volunteer Driver Service to transport the frail aged, disabled or transport disadvantaged people and their carers to the doctor, specialists, or the hospital in the Queanbeyan/Canberra area. There is a cost involved with this service and conditions apply. At least 2 weeks notice is required.
Dementia Respite Programme Queanbeyan & District
Queanbeyan City Council Home and Community Care (H.A.C.C.) Service. Co-ordinates regular and ongoing respite care for carers of people with dementia.
Home Modification and Maintenance Service
Queanbeyan City Council Home and Community Care (H.A.C.C.) Service. This service can assist by modifying your home to make it easier and safer to live in for eligible HACC clients.
Neighbour Aid Programme
Queanbeyan City Council Home and Community Care (H.A.C.C.) Service. The QCC Neighbour Aid programme aims to provide social support to people living in the community who are frail aged, living with a disability and or a carer. A team of trained volunteers provide home based social support and outings on a regular and co-ordinated basis.

Bungendore Community Aid Inc.
Medical Equipment is available for loan through BUNGENDORE COMMUNITY AID INC. - free of charge. Loaned equipment should be returned clean and in good condition as soon as possible as there are many people in the community with similar needs. For this reason B.C.A. Inc. is limiting the loan period to a maximum of four weeks. An extension of time may be arranged, however, after this time a donation would be appreciated. Because B.C.A. Inc. is a charitable organisation donations are always gratefully received, as we do need to update our equipment. Equipment includes: Bath Seats, Bed Cradle, Bed Pans, Boomerang Pillow, Breast Pump-man, Car Seat Recliner, Commode Chairs, Crutches-elbow, Crutches-underarm, Hand Held Shower, Heat Lamps, Hoist & Sling, Lift & Raise Recliner, Matress Protector, Matress single-waterproof, Meal table, Nebuliser, Over Toilet Raiser, Picker-Upper, Rubber Cushion, Sheepskins, Sheepskin Slippers, Shower Chairs, Shower Stools, Single Bed Posts, Slipper Pan, Toilet Surround, Urinals-male, Vaporizer, Walking Frames, Walking Frame-wheels, Walking Sticks, Waling Sicks-4 prong, Wheelchairs.
